``(j) D
EFINITIONS
.--In this section:

``(1) H
EALTH CARE SERVICES
.--The term `health
5
care services' means any services provided by a health
6
care provider, or by any individual working under
7
the supervision of a health care provider, that relate
8
to--
9
``(A) the diagnosis, prevention, or treatment
10
of any human disease or impairment; or
11
``(B) the assessment of the health of human
12
beings.

``(2) H
EALTH CARE ORGANIZATION
.--The term
14
`health care organization' means any individual or
15
entity which is obligated to provide, pay for, or ad-
16
minister health benefits under any health plan.
17
``(3) H
EALTH
CARE
PROVIDER
.--The term
18
`health care provider' means any individual or enti-
19
ty--
20
``(A) licensed, registered, or certified under
21
Federal or State laws or regulations to provide
22
health care services; or
