frequency of such exams, before the implementa-

tion of this section;

``(2) not less than every 3 years, measure the im-

pact of such activities; and

``(3) submit reports to the Congress on the results

of such measurements.

.--In this section, the term `young

women' means women 15 to 44 years of age.
