ATA COLLECTION
.--Each Center shall sub-

mit data gathered at such center, as appropriate, to
2
the coordinating center regarding--
3
``(A) the prevalence and incidence of depres-
4
sive disorders;
5
``(B) the health and social outcomes of indi-
6
viduals with depressive disorders;
7
``(C) the effectiveness of interventions de-
8
signed, tested, and evaluated;
9
``(D) other information, as the Secretary
10
may require.

UBMISSION OF DATA TO THE ADMINIS

TRATOR
.--The coordinating center shall submit to the
13
Administrator the data and financial information
14
gathered under paragraph (2).

``(4) P
UBLICATION USING DATA FROM THE DATA

BASE
.--A Center, or an individual affiliated with a
17
Center, may publish findings using the data described
18
in paragraph (2) only if such center submits such
19
data to the coordinating center, as required under
20
such paragraph.
