``(III) is capable of training
1
health professionals about mental
2
health; and
3
``(ii) such other information, as the
4
Secretary may require.

``(C) P
RIORITIES
.--In awarding grants
6
under this section, the Secretary shall give pri-
7
ority to eligible entities that meet 1 or more of
8
the following criteria:
9
``(i) Demonstrated capacity and exper-
10
tise to serve the targeted population.
11
``(ii) Existing infrastructure or exper-
12
tise to provide appropriate, evidence-based
13
and culturally and linguistically competent
14
services.
15
``(iii) A location in a geographic area
16
with disproportionate numbers of under-
17
served and at-risk populations in medically
18
underserved areas and health professional
19
shortage areas.
20
``(iv) Proposed innovative approaches
21
for outreach to initiate or expand services.
22
``(v) Use of the most up-to-date science,
23
practices, and interventions available.
