``(B) mesothelioma, or malignancies of the

lung, colon, rectum, larynx, stomach, esophagus,

pharynx, or ovary, as established by--

``(i) pathologic examination of biopsy
4
tissue;
5
``(ii) cytology from bronchioalveolar la-
6
vage; or
7
``(iii) such other diagnostic standards
8
as the Secretary specifies; and
9
``(C) any other medical condition which the
10
Secretary determines is caused by exposure to a
11
hazardous substance or pollutant or contaminant
12
at a Superfund site to which an emergency dec-
13
laration applies, based on such criteria and as
14
established by such diagnostic standards as the
15
Secretary specifies.
