SE OF PLAIN LANGUAGE
.--The infor-
8
mation required to be submitted under subpara-
9
graph (A) shall be provided in plain language.

The term `plain language' means language that
11
the intended audience, including individuals
12
with limited English proficiency, can readily
13
understand and use because that language is
14
concise, well-organized, and follows other best
15
practices of plain language writing. The Sec-
16
retary and the Secretary of Labor shall jointly
17
develop and issue guidance on best practices of
18
plain language writing.

OST SHARING TRANSPARENCY
.--The
20
Exchange shall require health plans seeking cer-
21
tification as qualified health plans to permit in-
22
dividuals to learn the amount of cost-sharing
23
(including deductibles, copayments, and coinsur-
24
ance) under the individual's plan or coverage
