``(i) The credit under section 36B of

the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (and the
4
amount (if any) of the advance payment of
5
the credit under section 1412 of the Patient

Protection and Affordable Care Act).

``(ii) Any cost-sharing reduction under
8
section 1402 of the Patient Protection and
9
Affordable Care Act (and the amount (if
10
any) of the advance payment of the reduc-
11
tion under section 1412 of the Patient Pro-
12
tection and Affordable Care Act).

STABLISHMENT OF ALLOCATION AC

COUNTS
.--In the case of a plan to which sub-
15
paragraph (A) applies, the issuer of the plan
16
shall--
17
``(i) collect from each enrollee in the
18
plan (without regard to the enrollee's age,
19
sex, or family status) a separate payment
20
for each of the following:
21
``(I) an amount equal to the por-
22
tion of the premium to be paid directly
23
by the enrollee for coverage under the
24
plan of services other than services de-
25
