UNDING LIMITATION
.--Funding for the

study conducted under this subsection shall not

exceed $500,000.

ONGRESSIONAL ACTION
.--After receiving the

report submitted by the Secretary under paragraph
9
(2)(D), the Committee on Finance of the Senate and
10
the Committee on Ways and Means and the Com-
11
mittee on Energy and Commerce of the House of Rep-
12
resentatives shall, as they deem appropriate, take ac-
13
tion based on the recommendations contained in the
14
report.
