(i) who should be included in the reg-

(ii) how such a registry would comply

with Federal and State privacy laws and

regulations;

(iii) how data would be collected for

the registry;

(iv) what entities and individuals

would have access to the data collected;

(v) how the registry would provide ap-
13
propriate information regarding violations
14
of Federal and State law by individuals in-
15
cluded in the registry;
16
(vi) how the functions of a national
17
nurse aide registry would be coordinated
18
with the nationwide program for national
19
and State background checks on direct pa-
20
tient access employees of long-term care fa-
21
cilities and providers under section 4301;
22
and
23
(vii) how the information included in
24
State nurse aide registries developed and
25
