.--Each State receiv-

ing funds pursuant to this subsection shall pro-

vide such funds to the agency or unit of State

government having legal responsibility for pro-

viding adult protective services within the State.

UPPLEMENT NOT SUPPLANT
.--Each

State or local unit of government shall use funds
9
made available pursuant to this subsection to
10
supplement and not supplant other Federal,
11
State, and local public funds expended to provide
12
adult protective services in the State.

``(4) S
TATE
REPORTS
.--Each State receiving
14
funds under this subsection shall submit to the Sec-
15
retary, at such time and in such manner as the Sec-
16
retary may require, a report on the number of elders
17
served by the grants awarded under this subsection.

UTHORIZATION
OF
APPROPRIATIONS
.--

There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out

this subsection, $100,000,000 for each of fiscal years

2011 through 2014.
