NFORMATION FROM FEDERAL AGENCIES

Subject to the requirements of section 2012(a), the Ad-
6
visory Board may secure directly from any Federal
7
department or agency such information as the Advi-
8
sory Board considers necessary to carry out this sec-
9
tion. Upon request of the Chair of the Advisory
10
Board, the head of such department or agency shall
11
furnish such information to the Advisory Board.

HARING OF DATA AND REPORTS
.--The Ad-
13
visory Board may request from any entity pursuing
14
elder justice activities under the Elder Justice Act of
15
2009 or an amendment made by that Act, any data,
16
reports, or recommendations generated in connection
17
with such activities.

``(3) P
OSTAL SERVICES
.--The Advisory Board
19
may use the United States mails in the same manner
20
and under the same conditions as other departments
21
and agencies of the Federal Government.

RAVEL
E
XPENSES
.--The members of the Advi-

sory Board shall not receive compensation for the perform-
24
ance of services for the Advisory Board. The members shall
