``(i) elder justice programs, research,

training, services, practice, enforcement,

and coordination;

``(ii) coordination between entities pur-

suing elder justice efforts and those involved

in related areas that may inform or overlap

with elder justice efforts, such as activities

to combat violence against women and child
8
abuse and neglect; and

``(iii) activities relating to adult fidu-
10
ciary systems, including guardianship and
11
other fiduciary arrangements;

``(C) recommendations for specific modifica-
13
tions needed in Federal and State laws (includ-
14
ing regulations) or for programs, research, and
15
training to enhance prevention, detection, and
16
treatment (including diagnosis) of, intervention
17
in (including investigation of), and prosecution
18
of elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation;
19
``(D) recommendations on methods for the
20
most effective coordinated national data collec-
21
tion with respect to elder justice, and elder abuse,
22
neglect, and exploitation; and
