Federal Government employee may be detailed to the Coun-

cil without reimbursement, and such detail shall be without

interruption or loss of civil service status or privilege.

.--Section 14 of

the Federal Advisory Committee Act (5 U.S.C. App.) shall

not apply to the Council.

essary to carry out this section.

``SEC. 2022. ADVISORY BOARD ON ELDER ABUSE, NEGLECT,

AND EXPLOITATION.

``(a) E
STABLISHMENT
.--There is established a board
17
to be known as the `Advisory Board on Elder Abuse, Neglect,
18
and Exploitation' (in this section referred to as the `Advi-
19
sory Board') to create short- and long-term multidisci-
20
plinary strategic plans for the development of the field of
21
elder justice and to make recommendations to the Elder
22
Justice Coordinating Council established under section
23
2021.
