N GENERAL
.--A conflict of interest

shall be disclosed in the following manner:

``(i) By the Institute in appointing

members to an expert advisory panel under

subsection (d)(4), in selecting individuals to
15
contribute to any peer-review process under
16
subsection (d)(7), and for employment as
17
executive staff of the Institute.

``(ii) By the Comptroller General in
19
appointing members of the methodology
20
committee under subsection (d)(6);
21
``(iii) By the Institute in the annual
22
report under subsection (d)(10), except that,
23
in the case of individuals contributing to
24
any such peer review process, such descrip-
