``(A) I
N
GENERAL
.--The amount payable
6
under this section to a qualified teaching health
7
center for a fiscal year shall be reduced by at
8
least 25 percent if the Secretary determines
9
that--
10
``(i) the qualified teaching health center
11
has failed to provide the Secretary, as an
12
addendum to the qualified teaching health
13
center's application under this section for
14
such fiscal year, the report required under
15
paragraph (1) for the previous fiscal year;
16
or
17
``(ii) such report fails to provide com-
18
plete and accurate information required
19
under any subparagraph of such paragraph.
