``(i) has received specialized training

or clinical experience in child and adoles-
2
cent mental health in psychiatry, psy-
3
chology, school psychology, behavioral pedi-
4
atrics, psychiatric nursing, social work,
5
school social work, substance abuse disorder
6
prevention and treatment, marriage and
7
family therapy, school counseling, or profes-
8
sional counseling;
9
``(ii) has a license or certification in a
10
State to practice allopathic medicine, osteo-
11
pathic medicine, psychology, school psy-
12
chology, psychiatric nursing, social work,
13
school social work, marriage and family
14
therapy, school counseling, or professional
15
counseling; or
16
``(iii) is a mental health service profes-
17
sional who completed (but not before the end
18
of the calendar year in which this section is
19
enacted) specialized training or clinical ex-
20
perience in child and adolescent mental
21
health described in clause (i).

DDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

The Secretary may not enter into a contract under

this subsection with an eligible individual unless--
