tions, the Secretary shall collaborate with a

variety of entities that have expertise in the

prevention of teen pregnancy, HIV and sex-

ually transmitted infections, healthy rela-
9
tionships, financial literacy, and other top-
10
ics addressed through the personal responsi-
11
bility education programs.

shall evaluate the programs and activities

carried out with funds made available

through allotments or grants under this sec-
