JOHN 8:36 If the son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed Salvation: the source of out salvation is gods love. "god so loved,"(john 3:16) that "he first loved us"(I John 4:19) Love is the cause of forgiveness he provides the sacrifice of our salvation is death of his son. "He gave his only begotten son"(John 3:16) He gave his son to be a sacrifice to die on calvary for our sins. The cost he paid demonstrates his love toward us. The only condition for us to meet, is to believe that Christ was given to taste death for every man. The assurance of our salvation is shown in that every believer "Should not perish"(John 3:16) "But should have everlasting life." John 5:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, he that hearth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come unto condemnation; but is passed from death unto life. Salvation of the soul comes instantly when we believe, that is recieving Christ. It is like walking into a dark house, and flipping on the light switch. At that moment the darkness is gone. Good is always associated with the light. Darkness is associated with evil unrighteousness. The light and good are associated with life. darkness and evil are associated with death. John 12:46 I have come as a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness. So when we believe in the lord, and except him as lord in our life, we are cleansed from all unrighteousness. Sin, evil are all past away. We have new life in Christ Jesus our lord. We are forgiven. Darkness flees the moment Christ comes in. He will not abide where sin abounds. Nor can he, he is light. He is life. In him is life eternal. There are two places you will spend eternity. Heaven or hell. Death is certain, to all men. Hebrews 9:27 tells us It is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment It is what happens at the judgment, that will determine whether we spend eternity in hell, or have everlasting life. If we are born again, and our sins are forgiven. We will receive a crown of life. And we will receive life everlasting. But to those who reject Christ, death and hell and all its torment await. Being a good person will not save you. Doing good things will not save you. Joining the church and being baptized will not even help to save you. It only comes when you accept Christ into your heart. He is the only way god has provided for man to be saved. Thru Jesus Christ, his son. Trust in his saving Grace. Call upon him today. Your life will have new purpose. New meaning. New direction. Peace, joy will flood your soul with comfort. God Loves you. Receive him today. Do this today while this opportunity is available. Tomorrow may never come. How can we be saved? We are saved--Through his son Jesus Christ. John 4:16 Jesus saith unto him. I am the way, I am the truth, and life: no man cometh to the father, but by me. We must repent, except Christ believe on his name. Luke 13:3 Except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. God does not want you to perish. all should come to repentance. I timothy 2:4 Who will have all men to be save, and come unto the knowledge of the truth. Acts 17:30 All men are commanded to repent. Therefore, all men can repent. John 8:32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. Don't put this off! Do it know! Ask his forgiveness Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the lord shall be saved. Eternal Life is a gift from God. Free to all that believe. Today, hear his words. It calls to you. Trust in his grace. Trusting in his saving grace will free you, and a new life will begin. Revelation 3:20 Tells us "Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with me. Christ is our door to salvation. He is our door to forgiveness. On the day of us excepting the lord, we are free. Free from all sin and unrighteousness. Guilt, sorrow, and all our burdens are lifted from us. We are redeemed! Redeemed by his mercy! "His child forever we are..." Some time back I traveled into the New York city area. As I drove across the bridge I could see the "Statue of Liberty," in the distance. I thought of what it has ment to those seeking liberty and freedom over these many years. Seeking to be free from proverty, and persecutions. to the liberty of the soul, it is "the old rugged cross." Likewise there is freedom from all unrighteousness. This world is filled with all manner of perversion, hatred, adultery, murder, and uncleanness The lord has provided a way for us to be liberated from all the cares and strife of this world. Through his shed blood on calvery "Jesus Gives us freedom"! Galatians 5:1 Tells us Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage Through the death of Christ on the cross our sins are forgiven. A new life has began. Through his mercy and grace we are "FREE" Oh what joy! Oh what peace! Oh what comfort! Ephesians 1:7 In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace. To have liberty and freedom transcends all boundaries, nationalities, and cultures all people desire to be free To be free in Jesus our lord, one can say with great joy. "I am free, free indeed"! Praise be to our lord and savior John 11:25-26 I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in me shall never die. Jesus spoke these words to :Larzarus. "Lazarus come forth" He came forth bound head to foot in grave clothes Jesus said to them. "Loose him and let him go" Jesus had but to speak the words and instantly life was restored to Lazarus Christ has the power over death and to grave Just as his world is bound By sin and unrighteousness. We are spiritually down trodden in bondage, and despair. Jesus has but to speak the words "Thy sins be forgiven!" "Life is yours at that moment" The chains that bound you are gone. New life begins Oh, celebrate REJOICE! REJOICE! Top tags: life, free, christ, jesus, john, death, lord, new, salvation, son
